Pre-Register (Jan-Mar): quick form; get updates and help
Register on Parent Portal (opens Apr 1): upload documents, finish enrollment
*Have these ready if asked: Parent ID; child’s official birth certificate; immunization record; proof of residence (lease or gas/water bill in parent/guardian’s name; phone/cable not accepted); proof of eligibility (TANF/SNAP award letter, Medicaid approval letter, military/VA docs, recent pay stubs/employer letter).
*If living with someone else: notarized statement + a current utility bill in that person’s name.
